In case you missed it, I shared some pretty big news over on Instagram… we’re moving!
Things happened very quickly, let me tell you. To be honest, Kevin and I have loved living in our current place in Lakeview for the past 5+ years. All in all, we both had individually spent nearly 10 years in the neighborhood and had been wanting a change.
We kept a wandering eye on the market for some time, and even went through the great debate: city vs. suburbs. We very seriously considered moving to the North Shore suburbs outside the city… but ultimately felt the city is still really right for us, at this time in our lives.
So, where to? We’re heading to a different neighborhood (still in Chicago) called Bucktown. Kevin and I are looking forward to get settled in our new place soon. We’ve actually already begun moving. Oh, and yes: our wedding is next week. (Crazy!) It’s been a whirlwind of a month. But all exciting, good things. More to come.
