Visiting Provence has been a dream. One of my favorite cities in this southern region of France is Avignon, where we settled in for a few days at a beautiful bed and breakfast, Le Clos Saluces. Our hosts, Jacques and Benoît, were truly wonderful to us and so welcoming. We enjoyed the stunning property which had been meticulously restored, homemade breakfasts each morning with local ingredients, and of course: the charming Provencal style garden — which was blooming with English roses and peonies in season. Here I wore a full length pink ruffle gown and simple metallic slides. A little nod to la vie en rose, non?
