We’re Married! October 20, 2018

It’s official … we’re married!

On October 20, Kevin and I said “I do” in New Orleans, Louisiana. Long before our wedding day, we felt a true connection together to the city — and now having begun our marriage there: New Orleans will forever hold a grip on our hearts.

We welcomed guests from over the country (and world) to partake in an extended weekend with us in the Big Easy. We kicked off celebrations Friday at Brennan’s for our rehearsal dinner, followed by a Second Line parade through the French Quarter: which is a major tradition in New Orleans. Nearly one hundred of our wedding guests paraded through the city’s historic streets to the sound of brass musicians the evening before our wedding. Our wedding day was a beautiful, magical blur for Kevin and me — surrounded by our loving family, friends, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and wonderful Pastor from my hometown. I’ll get around to sharing more details soon, but wanted to check in and share a few personal snapshots in the meantime… Thank you, all, for your well wishes!
