The time has come to share some big personal news…
We’re moving!
After more than ten years in Chicago, we’re saying “farewell” to the Windy City.
I first moved to Chicago after graduating college in 2010. I began working professionally in public relations, and a few years later, I created this blog. Throughout the years, Chicago has played the backdrop for posts you’ve seen here and for the personal moments I’ve shared.
Chicago is where my husband and I built our life together and welcomed our son, William — who is now 10 months old. We feel forever grateful for the incredible experiences, opportunities, and lifelong friendships the city has provided us.
That said: We both had been craving a change. So when a career opportunity was presented for my husband in NYC, the timing felt right and we knew it was absolutely something worth pursuing.
We’re beyond excited to embark on our next chapter in New York City! While it’s certainly an interesting time to move — amidst a pandemic with a young baby in tow — we are thankful for a wonderful new adventure and feel energized by a change of environment. As we get settled, I look forward to sharing more about our move and life as New Yorkers. ♡
