New Year’s Eve St. Germain Cocktail

We’re mere days away from ringing in 2017! With the flurry of holiday parties and excitement surrounding Christmas, New Year’s Eve can sometimes feel like an afterthought, you know? I’m looking forward to a more relaxed celebration this year — but you sure can count on champagne 🙂 One of my favorite holiday cocktails to make is both festive and easy. All you need is chilled champagne (or any dry sparkling wine) and St. Germain
INGREDIENTS
• St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• Champagne, or prosecco
• (optional) Rosemary sprigs or sugared cranberries
DIRECTIONS
Pour 1 ounce St. Germain into a coupe glass and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with rosemary or sugared cranberries, if desired.
