Happy Friday, everyone! I had a nice time with girl friends last night at Gilt Bar, where we enjoyed one (or two!) paloma cocktails. The recipe is quite simple – and delicious! Just a little tequila, grapefruit and soda. Voilà!
• 2 oz. tequila (blanco)
• 6 oz. grapefruit juice
• Splash of club soda
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• Lime or grapefruit wedge for garnish (optional)
Fill glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice, and stir. Top off with grapefruit juice and soda. Stir again. Garnish and serve.
