What’s Your Fitness Routine?

With summer around the corner (and hello: our wedding!) I’ve been trying to step up my fitness lately. As you may have seen on Instagram, I added Orangetheory classes to the mix. The workout combines interval treadmill sessions and strength training to get your heart rate up and metabolism burning. Have you tried it?
