I hope you had a great holiday weekend! In Chicago, it was hot, hot, hot. On Sunday, I enjoyed the day at Belmont Harbor and a sunset sail with friends. It was so beautiful! No matter how many times I see the Chicago skyline, the views never get old. Thanks to Kendall-Jackson, we were well-stocked with a variety of wine to enjoy at the dock and on board. (You may remember Kendall-Jackson from this rooftop dinner earlier this summer!). Wine, of course, is fantastic on its own — but it's interesting to learn more about pairing food and wine to better enhance each other's flavor.
